Refund and Returns Policy

Service fees provided by Client to Service Provider or Bikolpo.xyz are final and non-refundable. But in some cases Bikolpo.xyz support management team can take some decisions, if any investigation report find any issues like

• Client fully paid for a certain job but the job was canceled due to other issues.
• Job has been served and the customer cleared the bill. But dispute arises within warranty period.
• Client paid in advance but job served in less amount.

In case of refund Bikolpo.xyz promo code will be provided or any other applicable method shall be communicated to customer in due time for availing services. Refund shall be disbursed subject to applicability within 7 to 15 days from the date the request has been initiated.
