Overview of Sofa Cleaning
Service Details:
- Our Sofa Cleaning service is designed to thoroughly clean and refresh your sofa, removing dirt, stains, and allergens, and leaving it looking and feeling clean and inviting.
Included in the Service:
- Initial Inspection: A thorough inspection of the sofa to assess its condition, fabric / leather type, and any specific stains or areas that require special attention.
- Dust and Debris Removal: Use a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment to remove loose dirt, dust, and debris from the sofa’s surface and crevices.
- Stain Pre-treatment: Identify and pre-treat stains and spots with appropriate fabric / leather-safe stain removers. Explain to the customer the expected outcomes for different types of stains.
- Full Cleaning: Cleaning the entire sofa using a fabric / leather-friendly cleaning solution and an upholstery cleaning machine. This process will eliminate deep-seated dirt, odors, and allergens.
- Fabric / Leather Protection: Offer a fabric/ Leather protector treatment to safeguard the sofa against future spills and stains. Educate the customer on the benefits of this protective coating.
- Drying: Ensuring 70% drying of the sofa. Using air movers or fans to expedite the drying process, so the sofa can be used as soon as possible.
- Final Inspection: Conduct a final inspection to make sure the sofa looks clean, refreshed, and free of stains. Address any remaining concerns.
- Customer Satisfaction Check: Request customer feedback and address any concerns or additional requests they may have.
Excluded in the Service:
- Wooden Design Cleaning is not included in the service.
- Major repairs or alterations to the sofa’s structure, such as broken frames or damaged springs, is excluded.
- Refinishing, painting, or dyeing the leather is excluded.
Service Duration:
- Approximately 2 (Two) Hour +
Tools Used:
- Hand Scrubber (Machine), Wipes, Brush & Other extensive Chemicals depending on the condition.
