Service Details:
- Our Carpet Cleaning service is focused on deep cleaning and refreshing your carpets, effectively removing dirt, stains, and allergens, and restoring the cleanliness and freshness of your carpeted areas.
Included in the Service:
- Initial Inspection: A thorough inspection of the carpet to assess its condition, type, and any specific stains or problem areas.
- Vacuuming: Start by vacuuming the carpet to remove loose dirt, dust, and debris from the surface and deep within the fibers.
- Stain Pre-treatment: Identify and pre-treat stains and spots with appropriate carpet-safe stain removers. Explain to the customer the expected outcomes for different types of stains.
- Carpet Deodorizing: Offer carpet deodorizing to eliminate odors and leave the carpet smelling fresh.
- Carpet Protection: Provide an option for applying a carpet protector to prevent future stains and spills from penetrating the carpet fibers.
- Drying: Ensuring 70% drying of the Carpet. Using air movers or fans to expedite the drying process, so the carpet can be used as soon as possible.
- Final Inspection: Conduct a final inspection to ensure the carpet looks clean and refreshed. Address any remaining concerns.
Excluded in the Service:
- Major carpet repairs or reinstallation are not included.
- Extensive mold or mildew remediation is excluded from the service.
- 100% drying is not included in the service,
- No labor Intensive work apart from the designated Cleaning work.

- Vacuum Cleaner and necessary equipment.
