Welcome to Bikolpo.xyz (“Bikolpo”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and utilization of our website, mobile interface, partner portal, and on-demand professional services across Dhaka, Bangladesh.

By accessing Bikolpo.xyz or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. The Bikolpo Marketplace Platform

Bikolpo.xyz operates an interactive digital marketplace connecting residential and commercial clients with verified independent technicians, service professionals, and licensed service partner agencies across Dhaka. Bikolpo facilitates booking coordination, customer support, standard rate benchmarks, and transaction processing.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws of Bangladesh to book services.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated contact information, including your full name, working telephone number, and precise delivery address (e.g., in Gulshan, Banani, Uttara, Dhanmondi, Mirpur, Bashundhara, or other Dhaka sectors).
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials associated with your account and are liable for all activities conducted under your booking profile.

3. Service Bookings & Confirmation

• Order Placement: When you schedule a service through Bikolpo.xyz, your booking constitutes an offer to hire service personnel under standard transparent rates.
• Dispatch & Availability: Service execution is subject to professional availability in your area, traffic conditions, and unforeseen weather circumstances. We will notify you promptly via SMS, WhatsApp, or telephone regarding technician assignment.
• Inspection & Scope Adjustment: If on-site inspection reveals requirements beyond the original booking scope (e.g., additional spare parts, severe electrical faults, or excess square footage), any revised pricing will be communicated and confirmed with you prior to commencing work.

4. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

• Transparent Rates: All published rates, diagnostics fees, and material charges are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Payment Methods: Customers may pay via digital channels (bKash, Nagad, debit/credit cards) or cash upon verified job completion.
• Direct Dealing Prohibition: To ensure platform safety, verified warranty coverage, and customer insurance, clients must not solicit, hire, or pay technicians privately outside the Bikolpo platform. Private dealings outside the platform forfeit all warranty and dispute claims.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Warranty

• Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled booking without penalty before the specialist has been dispatched to your address. Cancellations made while a technician is en route or at the doorstep may incur a nominal diagnostic/travel allowance.
• Service Warranty: Eligible services carry a defined warranty period (as indicated on your digital service invoice). Warranty claims must be reported to our support hotline within the warranty timeframe.
• Disputes & Refunds: Any refund determinations follow our established Refund & Return Policy and will be disbursed subject to verification within 7 to 15 business days.

6. Customer Obligations & On-Site Safety

• Safe Access: You agree to provide technicians with reasonable and safe physical access to the work area, including water and electrical connections where required.
• Supervision of Valuables: While Bikolpo conducts background checks and NID verification for all onboarded specialists, customers are strongly advised to secure fragile belongings, jewelry, and high-value personal assets prior to service commencement.
• Respectful Conduct: Bikolpo maintains a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, abuse, or discrimination towards service professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts in the event of unsafe or abusive working conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Bangladeshi law, Bikolpo.xyz will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or independent contractor actions beyond the verified service invoice value.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and interface designs on Bikolpo.xyz are the exclusive intellectual property of Bikolpo Services. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
